The Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi, has granted an exceptional promotion to the rank of Police Officer for an outstanding inspector who passed away due to serious injuries sustained in a fatal traffic accident in the rural area of “Tamsint” near Agadir.

The late officer was injured in the accident while returning home after completing his duties at Agadir’s Al Massira International Airport on December 15.

In this regard, Abdellatif Hammouchi has instructed the central services responsible for human resources management to register this exceptional promotion to the rank of Police Officer in the late officer’s employment record, along with arranging all administrative and financial implications for his family and relatives.

The Director General has also directed that condolences and support be offered to the family of the deceased officer, ensuring they receive all necessary assistance during this tragic time.
