Conclusion of the Moroccan-Spanish Communication Forum on Integrating Youth into the Labor Market in Kelaa des Sraghna

The activities of the communication forum, which brought together a selection of Spanish businessmen and students from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences at Cadi Ayyad University, concluded in Kelaa des Sraghna. This interactive meeting was dedicated to discussing ways to integrate youth into the labor market and professional life.
The forum provided a space for direct dialogue between students and economic actors, addressing the key challenges facing university graduates in accessing the job market, while highlighting the skills and competencies required in the current professional context. The importance of aligning academic training with the needs of businesses was emphasized, as well as enhancing youth employability through continuous training and exposure to international experiences.
