Casablanca Hosts the 41st Management Forum to Accompany Labor Market Transformations and Anticipate Competencies for 2030

On November 25 and 26, 2025, the city of Casablanca hosted the 41st edition of the Management Forum, organized by the High Institute of Commerce and Business Administration and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco.

This session was held under the theme “2030, a Continuous Workshop: What Professions and Competencies Does Morocco Need?” reinforcing the forum’s position as the leading national exhibition dedicated to employment and a reference space for accompanying labor market transformations while enhancing collaboration between companies and emerging talents.

The forum witnessed wide participation from government officials, executives from major institutions, human resources experts, as well as students from the ISCAE group and their peers from leading higher education institutions, with over sixty companies from various sectors such as finance, industry, services, technology, and consulting presenting their work fields and future competency needs, alongside engaging in direct dialogues with graduates about future professions and possible career paths.

The opening session featured the presence of Younes Skouri, Minister of Economic Integration, Small Enterprise, Employment, and Competencies; Claudia Gaudio-Francisco, President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco; and Tarek El Maliki, General Director of the ISCAE group. They highlighted national priorities related to training, enhancing human capital, and anticipating strategic competencies to support national growth by 2030.

The session emphasized the importance of skill development, the ability of institutions to adapt, and the investment in continuous training as pillars for navigating economic, digital, and social transformations and reshaping future professions.

Additionally, the forum featured “Startup Avenue,” a space dedicated to celebrating entrepreneurial innovation, where a competition for startups was held, resulting in BENBAR winning the award for Best Startup and TéléStage receiving the award for Best Project Idea, organized in collaboration with Kluster CFCIM and supported by Bank of Africa – BMCE Group.

The forum included three thematic workshops:
1. Human Resources Toolbox 2030: Reviewing institutional competency needs and enhancing continuous training.
2. Employer Branding and Corporate Attractiveness: Building a strong employer image to attract and retain talent.
3. Technological Innovations in Human Resources: Exploring opportunities and ethical challenges associated with digital solutions.

The event attracted 3,507 students and recent graduates, with 1,438 resumes submitted via the technological solution CV Parser, reflecting the strong dynamics of the job market and young people’s interest in available opportunities.

The 41st edition of the Management Forum underscores the significance of the space as a hub for innovative human resource practices and professional trends, contributing to enhancing youth employability and solidifying Morocco’s attractiveness to talent and investors, continuing its role in serving Morocco by 2030.
