ISCAE Mobilizes Managers Around Future Competencies at the 2025 Carrefour Director Conference
On November 25 and 26, 2025, the ISCAE Group organized the 41st edition of the Carrefour Director event in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco. This event has established itself as a key milestone in Morocco’s economic and academic landscape, serving as a crucial platform for anticipating the future of professions and competencies towards 2030.
The 2025 conference, themed “2030: A Continuous Workshop – What Professions and Competencies for Morocco,” aims to gather decision-makers, officials, experts, and students to discuss the transformations taking place in the job market amidst economic, digital, and social transitions.
The forum’s activities will consist of three main workshops focusing on the future of competencies and human resources development, specifically the Human Resources Toolbox 2030, the Employability Brand, and the allure of technological innovation in human resources, along with the opportunities and challenges it entails.
Through this event, ISCAE seeks to create a space for intergenerational interaction, allowing students and graduates to engage with professionals and experts, while also providing a platform for employment featuring over sixty companies in search of new talents.
The institute emphasizes its academic role in supporting economic and social development through this conference. With the appointment of Professor Salima Dabbah Mounir as the head of ISCAE Casablanca, the institution strengthens its commitment to excellence and innovation in management education. Discussions will also center around ethics, sustainability, and governance to foster responsible leadership.
Startup Avenue will be a highlight of the event, showcasing startups and hosting a competition to select the best emerging company and the best project idea, particularly focusing on initiatives presented by students from the Executive MBA program.
This annual event contributes to shaping the national dialogue on preparing human capital for the 2030 horizon, as Carrefour Director offers a space that bridges academic vision with economic needs, serving as a laboratory for ideas that enable companies to anticipate the competencies they will require in the coming years.
