His Majesty King Mohammed VI received the newly appointed governors and district officials during a ceremony held today, Tuesday, at the royal palace in Rabat.
The appointments included the following:
Governors:
- Khalid Ait Taleb, Governor of Fes-Meknes and District Chief of Fes.
- Imad Attafawi, Governor of the Eastern Region and District Chief of Oujda-Angad.
- El Habib El Habil, Governor of Marrakech-Safi and District Chief of Marrakech.
District Officials:
- Fouad Hajji, District Chief of Al Hoceima.
- Hassan Zitouni, District Chief of Azilal.
- Sidi Saleh Dahah, District Chief of El Jadida.
- Abdelkhaleq Marzouki, District Chief of Casablanca-Anfa.
- Mohammed Alami Wadan, District Chief of Zagora.
- Mostafa Al-Maiza, District Chief of Al Haouz.
- Rashid Bencheikh, District Chief of Taza.
- Mohammed Zahra, District Chief of Inzikan-Ait Meloul.
- Mohammed Khalafawi, District Chief of Al Fkih Ben Saleh.
- Zakaria Hashlaf, District Chief of Chefchaouen.
- Abdelaziz Zarwali, District Chief of Sidi Kacem.
- Abdelkarim Al-Ghanami, District Chief of Taounate.
During this reception, the new district officials took their oath in front of His Majesty the King.
Present at the ceremony were Minister of Interior Abdelouafi Laftit and the royal chamberlain Sidi Mohammed El Alaoui.
