The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Béni Mellal-Khénifra has received the ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Management Certificate after successfully passing a comprehensive audit of its management system, which focuses on providing professional services to citizens, supporting economic projects, and fostering development-oriented initiatives.
TÜV Nord Cert Morocco, the Moroccan branch of the German group specializing in audits and quality certification, reported that the evaluation was conducted by expert committees in Casablanca according to established international standards and protocols, with no observations or violations recorded. The certificate will be officially awarded within the next thirty days.
This step marks a qualitative advancement in the administrative and managerial modernization of the Béni Mellal-Khénifra Chamber, aiming to enhance mechanisms for continuous improvement of organizational procedures and ensure the delivery of more efficient and quality services to businesses and citizens.
