According to sources within the El Jadida administration, these certificates were issued under unclear circumstances, which raised concerns among oversight services and prompted a field and administrative inquiry to determine the legality of the procedures followed in granting these official documents.
The investigations, still in their early stages, are likely to uncover new details that could implicate other individuals potentially connected to the case, both within and outside the local administration, especially given the significant importance of these documents in real estate and administrative transactions.
This step comes as part of a large-scale cleansing campaign underway in El Jadida, coinciding with the appointment of a new regional governor.
