Hilton Group Appoints Ajay Hargani as General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud
Hilton Group has announced the appointment of Ajay Hargani as the General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud, aimed at strengthening the hotel’s ambition to become a reference in the business and leisure sector in Casablanca.
Ajay Hargani brings over 20 years of international hospitality experience, having held senior management positions in Canada, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Casablanca, he served as the Regional Operations Manager at LHM Canada, overseeing multiple hotels with a focus on profitability, adherence to Hilton standards, and executing transformation and pre-opening projects.
In his new role, he will supervise all hotel operations, ensuring the high standards of the Hilton brand in quality and customer satisfaction are maintained. His career path reflects extensive global expertise, along with a strong understanding of international guest expectations.
Ajay Hargani previously worked in Morocco from 2013 to 2015, where he managed the Park Suites & Spa hotel in Casablanca. This unique experience helped him understand the nuances of the Moroccan market.
Under his leadership, Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud aims to enhance training programs, improve the skill diversity of teams, and establish human resource management standards in line with international best practices, as human performance is a key factor in customer satisfaction and, consequently, profitability.
