According to the club’s official statement, the agenda will include:
• An opening speech by the club president.
• Reading the minutes of the previous general meeting for the 2023-2024 sports season.
• Presentation of the literary and financial reports.
• Presentation of the auditor’s report.
• Discussion of the literary and financial reports.
• Presentation of the status of a member and a decision on the voting for their dismissal.
• Information regarding the legal status of the sports company.
• Preliminary approval for opening the company’s capital.
Raja Casablanca confirmed that the literary and financial reports have been sent via email to the members, while those interested in obtaining a hard copy can collect one directly from the club’s administration at the Benjelloun complex.
This annual general meeting comes amid high expectations from club members, both on the sports and organizational levels, especially regarding updates related to the sports company and the future management of the red team.
