In an emotional interview during the program “Truth in 90 Minutes,” Tunisian coach Lassaad Chabbi reflected on his memories with Raja Club Athletic, emphasizing that his connection to the club goes beyond any material or administrative considerations.

Chabbi stated frankly, “I didn’t come to Raja as a nobody. I am one of the few coaches with over 115 matches in the Austrian league.” He explained that his previous experience equipped him with the confidence needed to lead the Green Team.

He spoke about his notable moments with Raja, praising the team’s performance in the classic match against FAR Rabat: “Raja was the better side in the match against FAR Rabat; the players showcased outstanding levels that reflect their spirit and determination.”

During the conversation, Chabbi could not hold back his tears as he expressed how difficult it was for him to accept the decision to part ways, adding, “This separation is very hard and painful for me. I led Raja in 54 matches and lost only four of them.”

With these words, Chabbi portrayed himself as an emotional and dedicated coach, who views his journey with Raja as more than just a job, but as a human and professional experience that will remain etched in his heart and memory.
