Moroccan player Eid Allah Haimoud embarks on his new journey with Libyan club Al-Taawun, having recently joined the team’s preparatory camp in Egypt in preparation for the upcoming football season.
The camp featured Haimoud’s first appearance wearing the Al-Taawun jersey, as the team faced Egyptian club Tala’ea El-Gaish in a friendly match, which ended in a 1-0 victory for the Egyptian side. Despite the friendly nature of the match, it provided the coaching staff an opportunity to assess the new arrival’s capabilities and gauge his compatibility with the team.
On his part, the president of Al-Taawun is placing a lot of trust in the Moroccan player, affirming that Haimoud has the potential to make a significant impact and provide the necessary boost to enable the Libyan team to finish in the top ranks and perhaps even compete for the league title in the upcoming season.
Libyan fans are also hopeful that Haimoud will prove to be a valuable asset to the team and shine during his first experience outside Moroccan pitches.
