Casablanca: Training Course for Teachers at Leadership Institutions on Educational Approaches
As part of the implementation of the 2022-2026 roadmap and with a focus on the success of the leadership institutions at the primary level, the regional directorate of education in Casablanca has launched a new training course aimed at the teachers working in these institutions, starting Monday, September 1, 2025, and running until Thursday, September 4, 2025.
Mr. Abd al-Ali Khalad, the regional director, oversaw the opening of this session, which is being led by specialized educational inspectors. The primary goal is to equip educational staff with the understanding and application of various educational approaches adopted in leadership institutions, contributing to the enhancement of classroom practices and improving learning quality.
This training course is part of the regional ongoing training plan of the regional academy for education and training in the Casablanca region, and it comes in the context of the gradual expansion of the leadership institutions model, which is one of the essential avenues for achieving the desired transformation in the educational system.
This course is seen as a significant step in enhancing educational work and an opportunity to strengthen the professional skills of educational staff, ensuring the establishment of a genuine leadership school that meets the aspirations of students, families, and the community.
