Zalzouli Returns to Real Betis Training

The squad list for Real Betis’s training camp in Marbella, set to take place from August 4 to 9, sees the return of Moroccan international Abdel-Samad Zalzouli after a long absence due to injury.
Zalzouli missed the team’s first two preparatory camps because of the injury he sustained during the UEFA Conference League final against Chelsea, which required treatment in Alicante under a specialist doctor’s supervision.
Despite the confidentiality surrounding his health status in recent times, his inclusion in the list of players participating in the third phase of preparations is a positive indication of his recovery and readiness to rejoin collective training under coach Manuel Pellegrini.
