A contingent from the Royal Armed Forces participated in the celebrations marking the 65th anniversary of Côte d’Ivoire’s independence, following an invitation extended to the Kingdom of Morocco.

According to a statement from the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces, this contingent, belonging to the First Paratrooper Infantry Division, took part in a military parade today in Bouaké, alongside the Ivorian armed forces.

The same source added that the participation of the Royal Armed Forces in these celebrations reflects the strong ties of friendship and brotherhood between the two countries, especially in the military field.

The Kingdom is committed, within the framework of its solidarity policy with African countries, to support its distinguished partners and is keen to share in their joys during significant national occasions.
