The Royal Army Club has announced its new signings in preparation for the upcoming football season, revealing the acquisition of eight players in a single move aimed at strengthening the team with fresh talent.
The signing of international Moroccan defender Yunus Abdelhamid stands out among these acquisitions, considering his extensive experience on European pitches, particularly with Reims in France, where he gained significant expertise in Ligue 1. The technical management is counting on him to bolster the team’s defensive line.
Furthermore, the recruitment of young player Jamal Chamaakh has attracted notable interest, thanks to his technical and physical abilities, making him a promising asset in the midfield or attack. Additionally, the club has signed goalkeeper Reda Teknaouti, who was crowned African champion with Wydad in 2022.
Alongside these players, the team has also welcomed Marouane Louadni, Sulaiman Bouchkali, Tawfik Razqou, Noah Mohamed Al-Abid, and Hamza Khaba, part of a comprehensive strategy to reshape the Royal Army’s roster. However, some fans have expressed their concerns about how well these new signings align with the team’s ambitions to compete for titles.
