Wydad Opens Its Preparations for the New Season with a Friendly Victory Over Racine
The Wydad Athletic Club secured an important victory in its first preparatory match ahead of the new football season, defeating Racine Casablanca 1-0 in a friendly match held on Sunday evening at the “Wellness” complex.
The sole goal of the match was scored by player Salman in the second half, giving the red team a positive start to its summer training program.
The encounter also saw the participation of several new players, including Hamza Al-Wasiti and Abdelghafour Lamirate, making their first appearances in the Wydad jersey. The technical staff aimed to test as many players as possible to assess their readiness.
