On the morning of Friday, July 11, 2025, the conference hall at the headquarters of the Governorate of Ain Sebaâ – Hay Mohammadi hosted a ceremony honoring outstanding students in certification levels. The event was chaired by Governor Mohamed Taous, in the presence of several educational officials, administrative staff, elected representatives, and civil society activists.

In his speech during the ceremony, the governor emphasized that this gathering represents a symbolic moment to celebrate academic excellence and acknowledge the efforts of administrative and educational staff, as well as families who have supported students throughout the school year. He expressed his appreciation for the results achieved by the regional management, praising the collective dynamism that characterized educational work in the region, which led to positive indicators across multiple levels.

Regional Director Abdelali Khalad noted that this recognition is the culmination of a long journey of work and collective commitment, supported by the governor and the director of the regional academy, along with contributions from various stakeholders, including educational staff, inspectors, school directors, parents’ associations, and educational unions. He added that the regional management has worked to enhance institutional performance through implemented programs and others in the pipeline, ensuring improved educational quality and expanding the base of academic excellence.

The ceremony witnessed a significant turnout that included parliamentarians, heads and members of local councils, territorial and security officials, as well as directors of higher education and vocational training institutions, heads of external services, representatives of educational unions, members of the administrative council of the academy, representatives of private education associations, along with the honored students’ parents and several media and civil society figures.

This educational event contributed to reinforcing a culture of recognizing excellence and motivating students to strive for greater effort. It also served as an occasion to renew the collective commitment to continue advancing the educational sector, within a framework of participatory vision that intersects roles and responsibilities.
