The Hay Mohammedi district in Casablanca will host the semi-finals and finals of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Boxing Championship.

The Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation will organize the semi-finals and finals for the U22 and senior categories over the weekend of July 5 and 6, 2025, as part of the 2024/2025 sports season. This distinguished sporting event will take place at the covered sports hall in Hay Mohammedi, starting at eight in the morning with the weigh-in and medical examinations for participants, followed by the matches commencing at noon.

On Saturday, there will be 14 matches, with a similar number scheduled for Sunday for the Hay Mohammedi and Hay Hassani groups, alongside 15 matches for the U22 and senior categories across two boxing rings in accordance with international regulations.

Intense competition is expected in both the semi-finals and finals, with participants representing various clubs and sports associations within the region aiming to secure the regional championship title. This victory will open up broad avenues for competing for the championship title across regions, ultimately leading to the finals of the national championship for the 2024/2025 season.

It is worth noting that the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation held an extraordinary and electoral general assembly on Thursday, June 26, at the Mohamed Zafzaf Cultural Complex in Maarif. During this assembly, Mr. Mustafa Melouki was elected unanimously as the president of the federation.
