The Mediator Institution aims to launch a national program this year to restore citizens’ trust in the administration and enhance administrative justice.
In a statement, the Mediator Institution mentioned that this program aspires to review the legal framework governing the relationship between the administration and citizens, based on the principles and provisions of the constitution, not to mention strengthening trust between the administration and citizens to build a fair and efficient public service.
The institution considered that the launch of such programs falls within its competencies according to Law No. 14.16 that governs its work, and it confirmed that this initiative is part of the strategic directions aimed at building a democratic social state.
Previously, the aforementioned institution had issued what is known as the “Quarterly Communication Bulletin of the Mediator,” reflecting its commitment to communication and openness towards its internal and external environment.
