The draw for the professional league has resulted in a “Classico” match between Raja Casablanca and FAR Rabat in the second round of the competition. The draw took place on Saturday evening at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé.
The first leg will be held in Casablanca, where the green team will host their military counterparts, while the return match will take place in Rabat as part of the 17th round of the local tournament.
These encounters are expected to attract significant fan attention and a large turnout at the stadium, given the intense rivalry between the two teams, which often play leading roles in most seasons.
It is worth noting that the professional league’s first division for the 2025/2026 season will kick off at the end of August.
