Rescue teams in Russia have found a passenger plane, an Antonov-24, which disappeared from radar earlier today in the far eastern region of Russia, as reported by the Russian Emergency Ministry.
The ministry stated on Telegram: “An Mi-8 helicopter, belonging to Rosaviatsiya (the Russian civil aviation authority), has located the burning wreckage of the aircraft,” which was carrying 49 people before it lost contact with radar.
