Air Traffic Controller Strike Disrupts Royal Air Maroc Flights to France

Royal Air Maroc announced on Thursday the possibility of disruptions to certain flights heading to France due to an anticipated strike by French air traffic controllers on Friday, July 4.

In a statement published on its official page on X, the airline explained that it is in communication with affected travelers to provide them with the latest updates concerning their flights amid this situation beyond its control.

This warning comes at a time when several European airlines have been forced to cancel numerous flights to French airports due to the ongoing strike by air traffic controllers.

According to French media, this strike is a protest against deteriorating working conditions, a severe shortage of staff, and the fragility of technical infrastructure along with outdated air traffic control systems.
