Rabat Region Contributes to TGV Project Financing and Acquires New Bus Fleet
The regular session of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Regional Council held yesterday (Monday) approved several agreements concerning economic, social, and sports sectors.
Among these agreements is the ratification of a protocol concerning the financing of the high-speed train line between Kénitra and Marrakech, as well as the renewal of the bus fleet with the acquisition of 120 urban buses for the region, at a financial cost exceeding 411 million dirhams.
It is worth noting that this session was attended by Mr. Mohamed Yacoubi, Wali of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region and Governor of the Rabat prefecture, along with the region’s president, Mr. Rachid El Abdi.
