Moroccan artists extend their loyalty and devotion wishes to King Mohammed VI on Throne Day
A number of Moroccan artists have interacted with the 26th anniversary of Throne Day, which falls on July 30 each year, expressing their loyalty and devotion to King Mohammed VI through posts on social media platforms.
Saad Lamjarred shared a picture of King Mohammed VI along with a congratulatory message stating: “With pride and honor, we renew our allegiance and loyalty to our master, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, expressing our love and fidelity, asking God to protect him and grant him joy with His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Hassan and to support him with his brother, Prince Moulay Rachid, and all the members of the royal family.”
Dounia Batma wrote: “Throne Day is not just a national occasion; it is a story of loyalty and devotion renewed every year in the hearts of Moroccans. On this precious anniversary, I pray to God to protect King Mohammed VI, to bestow upon him health and well-being, and to safeguard our homeland under his wise leadership.”
For her part, artist Latifa Raafat offered her wishes saying: “On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Throne Day, we offer our tribute of loyalty and allegiance to King Mohammed VI, praying to God to grant him continued health and well-being, and to protect his Crown Prince Moulay Hassan and Prince Moulay Rachid.”
The artist Zina Daoudia also shared a picture of the king, commenting: “With pride and honor, we congratulate King Mohammed VI on this cherished anniversary, praying for God to protect him and the royal family and all the Moroccan people.”
Najat Atabou also congratulated King Mohammed VI, saying: “We extend the highest expressions of congratulations to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, asking God to protect him and grant him joy with his heir, and to support him with his brother, Prince Moulay Rachid.” She also recalled the spirit of the late artist Mahmoud El Idrissi, considering him a symbol of Moroccan art that has been lost, and prayed for his mercy and forgiveness.
Rabi Al-Saqli expressed his sentiments as well: “On the occasion of Throne Day, we renew our allegiance and loyalty to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him. Long live you, my lord.”
