After a brief stint, the French club FC Rouen 1899 has terminated its contract with Moroccan player Abdullah Hamoud just six months after he joined the team during the last winter transfer window.

The club announced in an official statement that the decision was reached by mutual agreement between both parties, following Hamoud’s ten appearances for the team in the domestic league.

FC Rouen expressed gratitude to Hamoud for his time with the club, wishing him success in his future football endeavors. This was Hamoud’s first professional experience outside of Morocco, having progressed through the Mohammed VI Academy and played for Wydad Casablanca before moving to the French league.

The contract termination presents Hamoud with a new challenge in his professional career, as he awaits his next destination, which could offer him another opportunity to showcase his technical and physical abilities on the football pitch.
