14 Years of Imprisonment for Three Former Raja Officials

The total prison time for former Raja officials has increased to fourteen years following the latest ruling announced by the Criminal Chamber of the Casablanca Court of Appeals, sentencing Aziz El Badraoui, the former president of the green team, to six years on charges related to abuse of power and misappropriation of public funds.

El Badraoui’s sentence adds to the five years imposed on Mohamed Boudrika, the former president of Raja, while Mohamed Auzael, one of the sages of Raja, is serving a three-year sentence due to a case involving checks.

It is also noteworthy that Saïd Naciri, president of Wydad, is still being held in custody in a case known as “The Escobar of the Sahara,” which has drawn attention due to the high-profile names involved politically, sports-wise, and artistically.
