Syrian international Omar Al-Soma, forward for Wydad Casablanca, has clarified that his contract with the club is limited to participating in the FIFA Club World Cup, asserting that a decision regarding his future with the team, or elsewhere, will be made after the tournament concludes.
In a press statement, Al-Soma said, “My contract with Wydad is tied solely to this championship, and anything can happen in the future, whether it’s continuing with the team or returning to the Saudi League.”
He added, “It is expected that things will become clearer in the next week or two, but for now, I will return to the Saudi League after the tournament ends.”
