Weather Forecast for Morocco Tomorrow: New Heat Wave and Thunderstorms in the Atlas Mountains
The General Directorate of Meteorology predicts that tomorrow, Thursday, the kingdom will experience hot weather in the northern and central interior plains, the Souss region, the Southeast, and the southern provinces.
The specialized services indicated that temperatures will continue to rise in these areas, while dense low clouds accompanied by fog will form along the coasts and in the northern and central plains, particularly during the morning and night.
Forecasts also suggest the possibility of light rain showers or local thunderstorms over the heights of the High and Middle Atlas, as well as surrounding areas, in addition to the southeast of the eastern region.
Winds will pick up locally in some provinces, especially in the central and southern areas and the southeast, with dust lifted in certain exposed regions.
Minimum temperatures will range between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius in the southeast and eastern southern provinces, and between 21 and 24 degrees in the eastern region, the Moulouya, and the plains near the Atlas and Souss, while dropping to between 17 and 22 degrees in other regions.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough in the Mediterranean and the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly rough to rough along the other coasts.
