French Prime Minister François Bayrou officiated the event’s opening at a formal ceremony attended by international delegations, including Morocco, represented by Minister of Transport and Logistics Abdellah Kiouh, Minister of Industry and Trade Ryad Mezzour, and Minister Delegate for Investment Karim Zidane. Also present was the Ambassador of Morocco to France, Samira Sitail.
Participants witnessed the traditional inaugural air display, which will continue throughout the event, initially reserved for professionals from June 16 to 19, before opening to the public from June 20 to 22. Visitors will have the opportunity to view dozens of aircraft showcased on the exhibition airport’s runway.
