A new agreement to enhance youth integration into the labor market and entrepreneurship
On Monday, June 23, 2025, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication in Rabat, a framework partnership agreement was signed between the youth sector and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills. The objective is to support the socio-economic integration of young people through multiple mechanisms, including training, guidance, and entrepreneurship.
The agreement aims to empower graduates from the sector to access the job market and enhance youth capabilities through qualification and guidance programs within public spaces such as youth centers, women’s clubs, vocational training centers, and child protection centers. It also includes the activation of the national volunteer program “Motwalia” as a leverage for professional coaching and instilling the values of citizenship.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of the Youth Sector, Mustafa Masoudi, and the General Director of the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills, Iman Belmaati. During the event, the importance of coordination between the two parties was emphasized to ensure the effective and balanced implementation of the agreement nationwide.
This partnership aligns with the high royal directives and the objectives of the new development model, which prioritizes the economic and social empowerment of youth through practical and executable initiatives.
A joint committee will oversee and evaluate the implementation of the agreement to ensure that its objectives are met across various regions of the kingdom, paying attention to aligning program content with the needs of youth and the labor market.
