The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita, arrived today in Quito to represent King Mohammed VI at the inauguration of Ecuador’s president, Daniel Noboa.
The inauguration of the new president, Daniel Noboa, comes after his victory in a second term last April, defeating his leftist opponent, Luisa González.
