The Algerian club Chabab Constantine arrived this morning, Friday, at Oujda Angad Airport, coming from Algeria, in preparation for their match against RS Berkane in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals.
The Algerian team reached Morocco via a direct flight, gearing up for the highly anticipated match scheduled for this Sunday, which will take place at the municipal stadium in Berkane, starting at 8 PM.
The representative of Algerian football is set to hold a training session this afternoon at one of the fields in Saidia, concluding their preparations with a final training session tomorrow, Saturday, which will be open to the media for 15 minutes, in accordance with CAF regulations.
Coach Kheir Eddin Madi’s squad is aiming for a positive result in the first leg before the return leg, which will be held on Sunday, April 27, at the “Chahid Hamlaoui” Stadium in Constantine.
Both teams are looking to secure a spot in the final of the Confederation Cup, given the high ambitions that each holds in clinching the continental title, adding to the record of Maghreb football in African competitions.
