Egyptian artist Mostafa Qamar has announced that he underwent surgery on his vocal cords, which requires him to rest and refrain from speaking. He shared this update through his official Instagram account.
Qamar posted a photo from his hospital bed after cancelling previously agreed performances for weddings.
He accompanied the image with a message stating: “I’m posting this to reassure the brides and events I had to cancel this week that I’m genuinely unwell. I truly didn’t want to post anything, but first, thank God, it was a minor surgery on my vocal cords. I will be resting for six days without speaking. May God grant you all health and wellness.”
