Inwi, a comprehensive player in the field of telecommunications, and the Federation of Information Technology, Telecommunications and Offshoring (APEBI), announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the third edition of Gitex Africa, aimed at supporting the growth and development of small and medium-sized Moroccan enterprises operating in the technology sector.

This partnership marks a significant step in supporting Moroccan companies active in the digital field, as it seeks to open new avenues for growth and innovation, in addition to providing them with greater opportunities to emerge and influence within both the national and international markets. This initiative reflects the commitment of both parties to enhance the national technological ecosystem and enable local actors to effectively engage in major projects.

In this context, a special support program will be launched, designed to assist these enterprises at both the technical and commercial levels, by connecting them with various economic players from both the public and private sectors. The program focuses on enhancing the competitive capabilities of Moroccan technology companies, enabling them to interact with dynamic and evolving business environments.

The signed memorandum of understanding reinforces APEBI’s commitment to creating conducive environments for the development of modern technologies in Morocco, perfectly aligning with the overarching directions of the national strategy “Morocco Digital 2030,” which aims to accelerate digital transformation and support local innovation.

In this initiative, Inwi reaffirms its ongoing commitment to supporting innovative and emerging enterprises, offering them integrated solutions that encompass connectivity, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and high-value-added digital services. This collaboration is part of its continuous efforts to drive digitization and innovation through its distinguished program inwi innov, which has enabled more than 2,600 Moroccan enterprises since its inception and helped over 250 startups develop their projects and expand their reach in the market.

This partnership between Inwi and APEBI falls within a long-term strategic vision aimed at building an integrated and stimulating environment for the prosperity of Moroccan technology enterprises, through the unification of efforts, mobilization of resources, and enhancement of cooperation between the public and private sectors, making digital transformation a lever for inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
