The Moroccan national boxing team for under-19 years is preparing for the World Cup in Bangkok 2026.

The national team, comprised of both male and female athletes, departed from the country on the morning of Monday, February 23, 2026, heading to the capital, Bangkok, Thailand, for a training camp scheduled from February 24 to March 6.

This training camp is a precursor to their participation in the World Cup for both male and female boxers in the under-19 category, taking place from March 8 to 15, 2026, in Bangkok. This will mark the first participation of Moroccan champions in this event following the official membership of the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation with the new World Boxing Federation in December 2025. This federation will oversee the events of the 2028 Olympic Games in boxing in the United States, endorsed by the International Olympic Committee.

The Moroccan national team for the under-19 female category includes the following athletes:
– Mariam Boukraa, 48 kg
– Rahab Hamdoun, 51 kg
– Manar Adnan, 54 kg
– Hind Elbaz, 60 kg
– Aya Sebai, 65 kg

Meanwhile, the male team consists of:
– Mustafa Berhili, 50 kg
– Ziad Elkhadari, 55 kg
– Youssef Halila, 60 kg
– Hossam Boucheta, 65 kg
– Marwan Jafri, 70 kg
– Rayan Hafidh, 75 kg
– Elias Alstani, 80 kg
– Mohamed Amin Wahbi, +90 kg

The national team is accompanied by a technical staff, including head coach Juan Carlos Ferrer from Cuba, assisted by coaches Mohamed Meshabi, Zahra Zahrawi, Najib Abdelawi, and masseur Mustafa Abissa.
