The Ministry of Health and Social Protection continues to implement initiatives aimed at rectifying the administrative and financial situations of professionals in the sector as part of the outcomes of social dialogue and the reinforcement of the stability of healthcare human resources. Notable progress has been recorded in addressing several priority issues.

The percentage of rectifications for the administrative and financial situations of resident and internal doctors has reached approximately 88%, while the rate for processing first-degree nurses’ files has exceeded 91%. This reflects a clear acceleration in addressing issues concerning key categories within the national healthcare system.

In the context of fulfilling commitments related to sectoral social dialogue, 402 scientific attachés have been integrated into their new regulatory status, which enhances professional equity and affirms the principle of valuing scientific competencies within health institutions.

Furthermore, work has begun on processing over 8,500 files related to promotions in grades and ranks for healthcare professionals across various categories. This effort seeks to clear accumulated files and improve the career paths of health workers. Relevant authorities continue to progressively complete these actions in line with the established financial and organizational procedures.

Current operations also include rectifying the administrative and financial situations of new employees joining in 2025, as well as finalizing the processing of a number of files related to compensations and promotions for various professional groups. The majority of these files are expected to be closed in the coming months.

These measures are part of a comprehensive reform dynamic aimed at valuing human capital and enhancing governance in the management of healthcare resources, which contributes to improving working conditions and reinforcing the stability of health personnel, thereby raising the quality of services provided to citizens.
