Ménara Holding Signs Strategic Partnership with École Arts et Métiers in Rabat to Enhance Industrial Transformation and Skills Training

In a move reflecting the rapid dynamism of the industrial sector in the Kingdom, the capital city Rabat hosted the signing ceremony of a strategic partnership agreement attended by Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade. The agreement brings together École Arts et Métiers campus in Rabat and Ménara Holding.

The agreement was signed by the school’s director, Mehdi Sbati, and the group’s CEO, Mohamed Zahid, as part of a shared vision aimed at establishing an integrated model that connects advanced engineering training with the needs of modern industry.

This partnership arises in a national context characterized by accelerating industrial transformation and enhancing the competitiveness of the production fabric. The two institutions aim to train a new generation of qualified talents capable of keeping pace with profound technological transformations, particularly in the fields of Industry 4.0, digitization, applied artificial intelligence, energy efficiency, and sustainable solutions.

Through this collaboration, both parties are committed to developing specialized training programs, launching executive training pathways for executives and managers, supporting scientific research and innovation, and providing high-value professional training opportunities for students within the group’s industrial units. This enhances graduates’ employability and aligns training with the realities of the business world.

Participants emphasized that investing in human capital remains a fundamental pillar for the success of any developmental project, underscoring that this partnership represents a new building block in the mission to establish a robust, innovative Moroccan industry positioned within global value chains.

The agreement embodies a shared commitment to actively engage in implementing the Kingdom’s strategic directions in industrial development, placing training and innovation at the heart of the economic recovery equation, which serves Morocco’s ambitions for sustainable and inclusive growth.
