This collaboration between the House of Poetry in Marrakech and the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Qasr Al-Sraghna is part of a program of coordination and joint cooperation with Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, which has previously manifested through several poetic and cultural events, in partnership with the Faculty of Arabic Language and the Faculty of Arts and the University Digital Library in Marrakech. The House of Poetry aims to enhance its presence in various cities across the Kingdom to broaden the cultural dialogue surrounding its programs.
The Ramadan Poetry Nights are an annual tradition where the House of Poetry in Marrakech strives to provide a space for literary engagement for poetry enthusiasts and lovers of words. The initiative aims to celebrate Moroccan poetic, literary, and artistic experiences in a manner that aligns with the spirit of the holy month.
The new segment within “Poetic Gatherings” represents a key moment in the House’s programming this season, as it seeks to innovate and renew its strategy in the ninth season, focusing on diversifying programs and sections while being open to Moroccan, Arab, and global poetic works, fostering a continual dialogue between poetry and the arts of expression.
