Geneva Hosts Second Round of Russian-Ukrainian Negotiations Under American Sponsorship

A source within the Russian delegation confirmed the initiation of the meetings, stating to journalists, on condition of anonymity, that “the closed sessions have started,” as anticipation grows regarding the outcomes of this round and the potential for progress in ending the war.
