Anfa Real Estate Launches Phase Five of its Residential Program in Dar Bouazza

Anfa Real Estate has launched the “Anfa Villas 5” project, marking a new phase in its residential program “Anfa Villas” in the Dar Bouazza area. This step strengthens the gradual development path the company has followed for over a decade. The launch is part of a vision based on clear phased planning, exemplified by the preparation of a model villa available for visits, reflecting the project’s characteristics and specifications.

Since the inception of phase one in 2012, Anfa Real Estate has focused on developing the project through successive phases, including in 2014, 2015, and 2019, leading up to the fifth phase launched in 2025. “Anfa Villas 5” is part of this coordinated trajectory, as the company seeks to offer a comprehensive residential proposition that emphasizes clarity in vision and addresses daily living requirements through the integration of practical and thoughtful amenities.

The project is situated in the heart of the Dar Bouazza area, covering a total area of ten hectares, and includes 184 residential villas alongside 21 plots designated for commercial and service activities. This distribution has been designed to achieve functional integration within the site, facilitating residents’ access to various amenities within their immediate living environment.

The project includes approximately 8,000 square meters of green spaces and recreational facilities, featuring areas designated for children, paddle sports courts, a wellness center (spa), and a gym. This diversity in infrastructure aims to provide a balanced living environment that meets family life needs and enhances social interaction within the neighborhood.

Architecturally, “Anfa Villas 5” is designed with three categories of villas distributed across three levels, incorporating a “solarium” space on the upper floors to ensure a clear distribution of internal spaces and enhance openness between indoors and outdoors. All villas also include private gardens and swimming pools, with an emphasis on privacy and quality of life.

The villas vary in size and design; “Tulip Villas” consist of three suites on plots ranging from 250 to 296 square meters, with a built area of 289 square meters. “Utopia Villas” feature two suites and two rooms, built on plots ranging from 260 to 368 square meters, with a built area of 305 square meters. Meanwhile, “Iris Villas” combine two suites and two rooms on plots ranging from 275 to 491 square meters, with built areas between 336 and 357 square meters.

Through this project, Anfa Real Estate reaffirms its commitment to a phased development approach, grounded in the foundational principles of the “Anfa Villas” brand, gradually and thoughtfully integrating accompanying facilities with the aim of providing a comprehensive residential complex in the Dar Bouazza area.
