Redemption in Agadir: Wydad Crushes Olympic Dcheira to Claim Top Spot

Wydad Athletic Club secured a dominant victory away from home against Olympic Dcheira, winning 5-0 in a match held at the Adrar Stadium as part of the 13th round of the professional league.
The red team entered the match with evident determination, with Wissam Ben Yedder opening the scoring in the 24th minute. Walid Sabbar doubled the lead with a powerful strike in the 35th minute, and Noureddine Amrabat added the third goal in stoppage time at the end of the first half (45+3), ending the first period with Wydad ahead by three goals.
As the second half began, Wydad maintained its pressure, with Vaka scoring the fourth goal in the 50th minute following an assist from Hakim Ziyech. The same player capped off the scoring in the 90+3 minute, underscoring the complete dominance of coach Amin Benhashim’s squad.
With this victory, Wydad increased its tally to 23 points, sharing the top position with MAS and Meknassi Club, while Olympic Dcheira remained on 15 points in seventh place.
