Oil Prices Continue to Rise
Oil prices continued to increase during trading on Monday in global markets amid heightened fears of disruptions to crude supplies due to geopolitical tensions.
Thus, Brent crude futures rose by 31 cents or 0.49% to $63.65, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude increased by 30 cents or 0.51% to $59.42 per barrel.
It is noteworthy that the two mentioned crude oils climbed by over 3% last week, marking their largest weekly gain since October.
