The Al-Zamouri Hospital in Kenitra launches an unprecedented digital initiative to simplify administrative procedures.

The Al-Zamouri Regional Hospital in Kenitra has announced the implementation of digital scanning for administrative documents starting January 1, 2026. This move is a first of its kind nationally, making it the first public hospital in Morocco to launch this initiative aimed at simplifying procedures and improving the quality of reception and healthcare services.

The hospital administration explained that this measure includes the national identity card, health insurance cards, and other administrative documents related to medical examinations, urgent and scheduled treatments, as well as hospitalization. This is instead of requiring clients to provide paper copies of these documents, with the process being entirely free of charge.

This step aims to alleviate the administrative burden on citizens and ensure a safer, smoother, and more efficient reception, aligning with the national trend toward digitizing public services and making them more accessible to the public.

In this context, the management of the Al-Zamouri Regional Hospital confirmed that reception staff are available at various reception counters to assist clients and provide the necessary support to facilitate these new procedures and ensure their successful implementation.

This digital transformation comes amid the recent administrative and organizational leap at Al-Zamouri Hospital, thanks to the continuous efforts of its director, Professor Yassine Hafiani, who has led a series of reforms aimed at modernizing management methods and enhancing the quality of healthcare services offered to the residents of the Kenitra region.
