The Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation condemns the illegal exploitation of its logos and initiates legal proceedings against the promoted claims.
The Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation is closely monitoring a series of misconceptions and allegations issued by what is referred to as the Moroccan Boxing Reform Committee, which is not connected to the national boxing community in any organizational or legal sense. This group has attempted to promote a fabricated meeting on November 27 at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services in the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region while unlawfully using the logos of the relevant ministries, the Moroccan Olympic Committee, and the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation, in a blatant violation of existing laws.
While expressing its strong condemnation of these actions that aim to undermine the credibility of the federation and destabilize national sports, it confirms that it has officially engaged all necessary legal actions and judicial procedures to counter these violations and protect the legitimate rights of Moroccan boxing and all its stakeholders.
The Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation also urges all clubs, associations, and coaches under its umbrella to exercise caution regarding these allegations and to adhere to the institutional bodies and official channels legally authorized to manage national boxing affairs. It reassures that the federation will remain committed to its roles and responsibilities in serving the sport while upholding principles of governance, integrity, and transparency.
In conclusion, the federation emphasizes that it will continue to defend the reputation of Moroccan boxing and safeguard its achievements, confronting any actions that may threaten its institutional unity or disrupt its developmental trajectory.
On behalf of the Federation, M.M.M.
