The Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdelatif Hammouchi, has granted an exceptional promotion to the deceased national security officer, who held the rank of Chief Police Officer and was serving in the urban police department of Sale city. He passed away from injuries sustained while on duty in a traffic accident that occurred during a professional intervention to protect citizens and their belongings.
Hammouchi tasked the central services responsible for managing human resources to register this exceptional promotion to the rank of Security Officer in the late officer’s employment record, ensuring all its administrative and social implications are addressed for his family. He also directed that condolences be offered to the family and that they receive the necessary support in this tragic time.
Furthermore, the Director General decided to provide the late officer’s widow with ownership of a residential apartment as part of the social initiatives supported by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works of National Security Employees, in addition to ensuring the family benefits from solidarity programs aimed at the widows and orphans of security personnel.
This initiative reflects the General Directorate of National Security’s commitment to uphold the dignity of its employees and acknowledge their sacrifices for the safety of the nation and its citizens.
