Air Liquide Offers Its Employees in Morocco the Opportunity to Subscribe to Capital Shares

The French group Air Liquide has received approval from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) to launch a capital increase aimed at its employees, including those at its branch in Morocco.

The operation includes up to 850,000 shares priced at €137.89 each, equivalent to approximately 1,481.45 dirhams. In Morocco, the subscription period runs from November 5 to November 13, 2025.

This initiative falls under the “International Employee Share Ownership Plan” launched by Air Liquide since 2005, aiming to engage employees in the group’s performance and enhance their sense of belonging.

Beyond the financial aspect, this step reflects significant symbolism, as integrating employees into the company’s capital serves to motivate them and strengthen their loyalty, especially amid the growing importance of employee participation as a strategic lever for growth.

In the Moroccan context, this operation also reflects the group’s confidence in the local economy and the role of its branches within the framework of international companies.

Employees wishing to subscribe must adhere to the conditions stipulated in the prospectus, including service duration, participation in the employee share ownership plan, and compliance with money transfer regulations for residents in Morocco.
