Casablanca Launches National Phase of the “Tadrj” Program to Train 21,000 Young People Annually

Today, Casablanca marked the launch of the national phase of the government “Tadrj” program, in line with royal directives aimed at making vocational training a fundamental driver for the development of human capital in the kingdom.

The event witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Vocational Training and partners from both the public and private sectors, attended by Mohamed Mehdi Biensaid, Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, and Younes Skouri, Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills, to enhance the program’s implementation nationwide.

According to the new agreement, the program includes 168 training centers and aims to qualify 21,000 trainees annually until 2030, with a total budget of 105.5 million dirhams. The training offerings focus on strategic areas such as textiles and clothing, hospitality and catering, personal services, and education and social support.

In the coming weeks, additional launches will take place in various regions of the kingdom to strengthen collective engagement across all sectors in this national initiative, ensuring that young people acquire the necessary skills for the job market and enhancing their integration opportunities.

This program is part of a comprehensive national strategy aimed at developing vocational training and aligning it with market needs, while ensuring the qualification of Moroccan youth according to standards of quality and efficiency.
