The Beni Mellal Security Directorate has firmly denied the accuracy of reports circulating on various local websites, which claimed that a security headquarters in Khenifra had become a shelter for the homeless and a dumping ground for waste.
In its statement, the Directorate clarified that the building in question has not served as a security facility for approximately six years, following the expiration of its lease and the relocation of the departments that previously operated there to new premises in Khenifra.
The new locations provide integrated workspaces that ensure better working conditions for staff and improve the quality of services for citizens.
The Beni Mellal Security Directorate emphasized its strong denial of the false report, reaffirming its commitment to responsibly and seriously addressing all media coverage related to security matters.
