A New Step Towards Territorial University Justice: MP “Abdelghani Mokhdad” Advocates for Sidi Bennour
In the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of higher education and develop educational infrastructure at both regional and national levels, an official meeting was held today at the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation. The meeting was presided over by Minister “Azeddine Midawi,” with the attendance of parliamentary deputies “Abdelilah Haidar” and “Abdelghani Mokhdad.”
During the meeting, a case was made for establishing a university in the city of Sidi Bennour, as well as for creating a higher school for sports sciences in the city of Zamamra. This initiative is part of a vision aimed at providing students with a diverse and comprehensive university education that meets the requirements of local and regional development and contributes to enhancing the area’s academic and developmental appeal.
The meeting saw highly positive interactions, with the minister and his accompanying team expressing deep understanding and clear interest in the educational and developmental issues raised. This fosters optimism regarding the realization of these promising projects in the near future.
At the end of the meeting, gratitude and appreciation were extended to the minister and all ministry officials for their openness and understanding of the specificities of the Sidi Bennour region and its surroundings, as well as for their continuous support for the development of the national university system.
