So far, the following clubs have guaranteed their qualification: Zamalek (Egypt), Al-Masry (Egypt), Wydad Casablanca (Morocco), CR Belouizdad (Algeria), USM Algiers (Algeria), Stellenbosch (South Africa), Hafia Conakry (Guinea), Royal Leopards (Eswatini), KMKM (Zanzibar), Al-Ittihad (Libya), Ferroviário da Beira (Mozambique), Cotton Sport (Benin), and 15 de Agosto (Angola).
